As a marketing and travel reservation service, Bed and Breakfast Associates Bay Colony has attracted thousands of guests by actively working for national and regional B&B organizations and tourist councils and by advertising and promoting alternatives to hotel lodging through magazines, guidebooks, local and national media, and, of course, the internet (www.bnbboston.com).

Our office is staffed by carefully trained reservationists who know our properties and their locations well, and who work as a team to ensure that they are well-represented to the traveling public. Guests are carefully matched through advance reservations. Our reputation is well-established in the local business community and internationally.

Our service requires an inspection and approval of the property and an agreement between our owners and our agency that is not exclusive, yet provides an understanding that we may rent the nights available, allowing an owner to block out dates as they choose. We typically collect payments from guests and pay our owners twice per month. However, a few properties and larger inns collect payments themselves. We charge a commission, and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Our relationships are long-term. Our system is not set up for marketing for just a few nights or months here-and-there, but we would be happy to speak to you in person to determine a mutually beneficial arrangement.
