A LITTLE PARIS ON BEACON HILL VACATION RENTAL (M129) Welcome to a small but adorable ground floor studio apartment, completely renovated with historic charm in an 1860 Beacon Hill building at the very top of the Hill and the center of downtown Boston. This true to the name, Boston pied à Terre is eco-friendly and luxurious while simultaneously showing off it’s historical originations with exposed beams and re-claimed architectural elements throughout. The apartment has very easy access to the street and direct access to the adjacent patio courtyard. The owner’s mission is to live with a small footprint but without compromise.

Rest peacefully in the queen-sized bed with comfortable eiderdown pillows and sateen sheets -- bed linens, cleaning agents, soaps, detergents, and shampoos are all soft on the environment or even organic. Cook your own meals as often as you want in the well-designed full kitchen by taking advantage of the super close proximity to: Savenor’s Market, the best butcher in the city, a Whole Foods organic market located at your doorstep and two local Massachusetts farmers markets that come into the downtown city May through November -- reusable shopping totes are already hanging in the closet. And of course, the apartment is discreetly wired with all expected electronic conveniences such as Internet, HDTV, DVD/CD and iPod radio.

You are just steps away from the Massachusetts State House and Freedom Trail, a Whole Foods market, 3 subway lines, the Boston Common and Charles Street’s boutiques shops and fine dining. In a mere 10-15 minute walk you will reach Faneuil Hall, the City Hall Farmers’ Market or the TD Banknorth Garden stadium/concert center.

Private full, AC, HD cable LCD TV, DVD/CD (w/ small collection on hand), Phone with answering machine, iPod clock radio, Wired and wireless high speed Internet, Queen bed, Non-smoking, No breakfast foods provided, Sleeps 1 – 2. Unhosted.

High Season - Spring, Summer, Fall: $200-250/night, $1200-1500/week.
Winter Season: Monthly only unless with short notice.
$2300-2600/month, $175-225/night, $875-1350/week.
