Booth's Beacon St CONDO (M225) This charming brick brownstone property, in the most desirable part of Back Bay, has been totally renovated into a spacious and luxurious one-bedroom condo, professionally decorated and furnished, offering every tiny detail. Both the bedroom and living room have electric fireplaces that also can be used as heaters. The living room has a stereo player and has an office area with fax/copy machine and wired High Speed Internet service. A new, fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator and stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The Copley subway stop is just a 5-minute walk away, along with the Boston Public Gardens and prestigious Newbury Street with its upscale shops and trendy restaurants. It is a quick walk to the large convention hotels and the Hynes Convention Center and one block to the Esplanade and the Charles River. The condo is just right for those who want to experience the glamorous Bostonian style of living.
