BIRDHOUSE SUITE (M802) A wee bit of the country in the city is this 3-unit 1831 brick home. Enjoy a casual and comfortable apartment with a private entrance, full kitchen and bath, small living room and loft bedroom. The apartment abounds with birdhouses (none occupied) and photographs of family and friends.  It is a 5-minute walk to many ethnic restaurants and to the Kendall Square Cinema, a ten minute walk to the subway station and  to MIT. Off-street parking is included. Pearl, the resident dog in the apartment below, is very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, and the large chestnut tree in the corner of the small, fenced-in yard is a gem.  A true "home away from home."

High Season – Spring, Summer Fall:  $140-160/night, $840-960/week.
Winter Season: $120-140/night, $600-700/week.
NOTE: Rates based on single or double occupancy. Higher rates apply during special events. In most cases, 2 night minimum unless with short notice or some weekdays.
