The Inn houses single and double rooms, a large room for events with catering, a lounge and a dining room.  Victorian décor and antiques present a warm and charming atmosphere. Convenient to attractions and financial district and just a short walk to public transportation and Boston Public Gardens.

Private and shared baths, A/C, No TV, Private phones with voicemail, Common areas and some rooms have wireless high speed Internet, Roll away beds, Buffet continental breakfast in dining room. 

High Season - September–October:
Double room with private bath, $250-275/night + tax.
Single room with shared bath, $120-130/night + tax.
Mid Season - April–August:
Double room with private bath, $230-275/night + tax.
Single room with shared bath, $115-130/night + tax.
Winter Season - December-March: 
Double room: $150-220/night + tax.
Single room: $90-115/night + tax.
Additional guest in double room with roll-away: $20/night + tax.
NOTE: Higher rates apply during special events. In most cases, 2 night minimum on Friday and Saturday nights during mid and High Season  unless with short notice.
