Room 1 is a large guest room, accented with a decorative fireplace and Japanese and Chinese artifacts. The space is enjoyed as a sun-filled sitting room and bedroom with a queen bed. The spacious second bedroom is surrounded by lovely views of lush trees. The room offers two twin beds that make into a king. The two rooms share one bath, and if short notice, one room can be blocked off to offer a private bath.  Continental breakfast is provided in a cheerful, tastefully decorated dining room with bow-front windows.  It is a 5-10 minute stroll to the Back Bay subway station and Copley Square.  Boston’s posh Newbury Street is just a 10-15 minute walk.  This is truly one of Boston's finest.

VERONA'S B&B (M314) This fine, historic home was recently restored by your hosts for its history and charm with renovations that provide every modern day convenience and comfort. The four-story brick townhouse offers private access to guestrooms off its Victorian central stairway. The spacious guestrooms are equipped with private granite-tiled baths; a pantry and wet-bar; comfortable queen size beds; direct-dial telephones; and individually controlled air conditioning. Each of the rooms is beautifully decorated in unique color schemes and is filled with lovingly restored antiques and appointments that evoke memories of the home's original era. This residence dates back more than a century and many of the rooms boast fine details such as original decorative fireplaces with intricately carved marble mantle pieces and wrought-iron filigree. (One room has a working fireplace.)
