Joseph Untersee, and is decorated with dart moldings, leaded glass, and modillions. Both the home and the apartment have been lovingly updated by your hostess, who is also an awarding-winning architect. The charming 450-square foot apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the home and is accessed by a side door next to the yard with stairs to the 3rd floor. It is comprised of one large room with a separate kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, stove top, combination microwave and oven, and counter space.
