THE FARM COTTAGE (M641) This farm cottage is not a typical B&B. It is a historic property, vintage early 1800’s, situated in a historic area of a Brookline Village neighborhood. This authentically preserved home is steeped in history. As you move beyond the stone wall through the property gate, you will enter the garden and feel as if you have stepped back in time. The house, furnished with antiques, has a charm all its own. Two guest rooms, featuring antique furnishings and soft cotton, ironed linens, share one bath.

Shared baths, Window A/C, TV, Phone in hall, Non-smoking, Continental breakfast, Off-street parking at a small fee is available by reservation only, Queen and double beds. Sleeps 1-4.

ON THE AVENUE (M661) This historic townhouse, an architect’s dream, dates back to 1894 and has been fully restored and tastefully furnished with antiques. You will marvel at its beauty as you meander through the living room and dining room and trot up one flight to the guest room. This room includes a Birdseye Maple four-poster queen and a twin bed. The bath, just across from the room, has a wonderful, deep and long, soaking tub with a shower, which is a little narrower than most and curtained around the entire area. Nestled on Beacon St. between Boston University and Boston College, you will find your home away from home which is just a 10-15 minute subway ride to the Boston Public Gardens, the Freedom Trail, Beacon Hill, and the financial district.
