THE
FROST HOUSE (M873) Along a quiet street, only ten-minute walk to Harvard, your host
welcomes you to a place with a soothing atmosphere. There are
two units. One is a 3rd floor one bedroom apartment,
contemporary style with Tibetan character and fine art along the
walls. Beds are futon platform with a futon sleep sofa in the
living room. There is a full kitchen for light cooking and a deck
for your enjoyment. The other is a 2nd floor private entry
room with a private bath and full futon platform bed. Just a
one-block walk takes you to the Porter Square indoor shopping
mini-mall, with casual restaurants, and to the subway. It is
just a ten-minute ride into downtown Boston. Please
note: No shoes are worn in the apartment or room. Host
prefers vegetarian cooking, but occasional meats are ok.
Private baths, AC, TV, Smoke-free, no
breakfast, Free off street parking, unhosted.
High Season – Spring, Summer, Fall:
$140-160/night, $840-960/week.
Winter Season: Monthly only unless with short
notice $1800-2000/month $600-700/week, $120-140/night.
NOTE: Rates based on single or double occupancy.
Higher rates apply during special events. In most cases, 2 night
minimum unless with short notice.
