WATER LILY PLACE VACATION RENTAL (M810) A delightful, fully renovated, apartment with a kitchen, living room, cherry hardwood floors and a balcony off the living room. There are three guest rooms with a private baths next to each room. Continental breakfast foods are left for you each morning in the kitchen. This apartment is on the second floor on Prospect St at Broadway St, just a 7 minute walk to Central Square and the subway. It is approximately one mile to Harvard Square and 3 stops to the Boston Public Gardens. There is free off-street parking. (Note: Limited use of kitchen and host is not available at times.)

Private baths in private halls and attached bath, Central A/C, Cable TV, Non-smoking, Self-serve continental breakfast, Free off-street parking, Queen beds and one or two cots, 2nd floor walk-up, Sleeps 1-7 with  a cot.

High Season - Spring, Summer, Fall: $135-145/night, no weekly rate.
Winter Season: $120-135/night, no weekly rate.
NOTE: Rates based on single or double occupancy. Higher rates apply during special events. In most cases, 2 night minimum unless with short notice or some weekdays.
