GROZIER CORNER SHORT TERM HOUSING (M850) This is a pleasant B&B, for the budget conscious, in a large, sunny, second floor apartment surrounded by hundred-year-old trees. Your hostess, a professional garden designer, offers two lovely guest rooms and one bath, which is shared by the two rooms and your hostess.  Relax in the comfortable living room with a working fireplace. On a warm day, enjoy the back porch. You have kitchen privileges, although it is an easy walk to restaurants and shops, and free laundry in the building. There is a 2.5-mile jogging trail, bird watching, and a public golf course nearby. The bus stops at the corner for a short hop to Harvard Square. The B&B is shared with two Finch birds.

Shared bath, Central A/C, TVs with DVDs, House phone, Wireless High Speed Internet, Non-smoking, two Finch birds live here, No breakfast but kitchen privileges, Free street parking, Double beds, 2nd floor walk up, Sleeps 1-4.

Monthly only unless with short notice.
Single: $1100-1200/month, $400-450/week, $110-115/night.
Double:$1300-1400/month, $500-550/week, $110-115/night.
