Welcome to a cozy 2nd floor Boston studio apartment at 30 Appleton Street in a townhouse on the South End’s pretty Appleton street. The unit is quiet and sunny, with a comfortable murphy bed (platform bed that lifts into a cabinet by day), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower only. The kitchenette contains a refrigerator, microwave, toaster/oven, and coffee maker. This popular location is three blocks from Copley Square and just steps from Tremont Street’s numerous trendy restaurants. The subway and Amtrak train station are within a 5-7 minute walk. The Boston Public Gardens is a 15 minute walk with the theater district along the way. Satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning, all utilities and linens are included. Though it is a private apartment, Larry, the owner, lives one floor above to help if you need anything. No breakfast provided. There is a kitchenette. (Please note that a map search shows I-90 nearby; however, it is underground so there is no highway noise in this residential neighborhood.)
