A spacious 1 or 2-bedroom, 2-level apartment with a bedroom with queen bed on the parlor level (one level above ground) and ground level in the back of a pretty South End townhouse. From the bedroom you descend a set of stairs to a full kitchen, sitting area with a single sleep sofa, bathroom, and a comfortable den (or 2nd bedroom) with a queen futon sleep sofa. A door in the den provides views of and access to the townhouse’s pretty patio/backyard. There are also two other furnished apartments and one guest room available in the same townhouse for larger parties. Just 5-10 minutes from the Back Bay subway station and Copley Square, and a few blocks to trendy Tremont Street with many of the city’s hottest restaurants. It is a short walk to Silver Line transit to downtown, South Station, the Boston Convention Center, and Logan Airport. All linens and kitchen items are included.

MINIMUM STAY: In most cases, 3-night minimum (4-night minimum during Marathon in mid-April and Regatta in mid-October). 2-nights with short notice for additional 15%. Monthly in winter unless with short notice, and a 1/2 month security deposit.

High Season: April to mid November.
Winter Season: mid November to through March.
