Thank you very much for helping me select the Queen Ann B & B. It was conveniently located near my son's apt. and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. I was able to be on my own because of its proximity to the T. Grace and Mario were wonderful hosts. My room was delightful. Cheery and clean. I was given my privacy but also felt very welcomed in their home. I plan to use your service and the Queen Ann when I visit in the future. -Sandra

A stunning house, delicious breakfast, welcoming and helpful hosts - what more could you want?! A 5-star B&B! - Inge and Ingrid

A warm and inviting home stirring the senses to the time period. Very quiet, gracious hospitality. We would love to visit again. -Gary and Laurie

I feel blessed to have found this B&B and the hosts. It is easy to get to from the Mass Pike, close to a T, and very convenient to our son's apartment. They make you feel very comfortable and my husband enjoyed many spirited political conversations with our host. Our son will attend Berklee for four more years and I hope to stay here whenever we visit. - Cheri & Jerry

Our dream of the perfect B&B! Gracious, interesting hosts, beautiful surroundings, delicious foods, and comfortable beds. Our son saw many firsts here, including varied foods, a new tooth, and stair-climbing! – Matt & Jon

Delightful time in a lovely setting. Easy access to subway/ bus to explore all parts of the city, and in a fun neighborhood to explore. We enjoyed the conversations, and we will return. – Rita & Andy

A lovely home and a lovely couple. Thank you for everything! – Carolyn & Bob
Trip Advisor Reviews
“Location, location, location!” A historic mansion in the midst of excellent Boston public transportation and great eateries. Charming and smart hosts ( Grace is an architect, Mario- a filmmaker), spacious and comfortable bedrooms, great breakfasts. Instead of bringing your takeouts to your room, you can eat them on the big stone porch where benches and a table are available for the guests. You can’t beat this deal! We stayed 3 nights and plan to be back. - Michael

“Excellent!” My husband and I toured the Boston area and stayed four nights in The Queen Anne Brookline B & B. We could not have been more pleased. I loved the way in which Grace, the owner, has restored this beautiful 1880's home, filling it with antiques, painting and folk art. We enjoyed her homemade granola served with yogurt, fruit salad and wonderful homemade breads. I found our room clean and the location so convenient to the T. We will return! - Bonnie

“Ally B” My daughter was visiting me from Florida and wanted to see Boston. So, I made reservations at the Queen Anne Brookline B and B. The hostess was so sweet and very informative. The room was very comfortable and very quaint. My daughter was so impressed with Boston and the B and B that she has decided to apply to medical school in Boston. Thank you for the fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this B and B. - Michele

“Outstanding Accommodations in Boston Area” We spent three nights at the Queen Anne while attending our daughter's college graduation. The house is beautifully decorated in a vintage style suiting the 120-year-old structure and the owners, Mario and Grace, are wonderful hosts with many life experience stories to tell. The Continental breakfast was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The location on a relatively quiet and lovely street was ideal and within a short walking distance of excellent restaurants, public transportation and convenience shopping. I can't imagine a better value or more enjoyable accommodations on the west side of Boston. - Steven

“Great time in Boston. Best price in the area for late October.” We chose this B&B because every hotel in Boston was over $250 a night due to the rowing competition in late October. We made a great choice. Grace is a most excellent host and was eager to help with anything. This is the nicest B&B we have stayed in and it also had the nicest fine china for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if downtown attractions are not your priority. The house is set off the main street, yet very close to the T stop. Buy the $15 Charlie Card and you can travel anywhere for VERY cheap all week. You can ride to this B&B on the T from the airport very easily. The bedroom was first rate. The house is amazing with beautiful stained glass windows in the stairway and wonderful wood work throughout the house. Highly recommended. - Jack
