There is a bus across the street that rides to Harvard Square and along Massachusetts Ave near MIT and to Boston Medical Center and onward. The room on the first floor has an attached bath, a queen bed, and a desk. It faces the rear and side of the house. The kitchen and living room areas are spacious and are available for your use but are used communally, on occasion, for a small membership philosophical foundation. Members randomly visit to meditate and read. Wednesday evenings there is a pot luck and discussion. The members do not occupy the apartment overnight. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.
