Exquisitely decorated Cambridge vacation rental house with an international flair due to South East Asia and African furnishings. The first floor includes a living room, dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom, a washer and dryer, family room, and a deck overlooking the back yard. The second floor has two bedrooms and another full bath. The master bedroom has an antique iron double bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds plus a queen bed. Less than a 10-minute walk to Davis Square, a quaint commercial area with shops, restaurants, a theater, Jimmy Tingle’s comedy improv theater, and a favorite local coffee shop. In just two subway stops you are at Harvard Square, and in three more you are on Beacon Hill in Boston. All linens and kitchen items provided. No breakfast provided. There is a kitchen.

MINIMUM STAY: In most cases, 3-night minimum (4-night minimum during Marathon in mid-April and Regatta in mid-October). 2-nights with short notice for additional 15%. Monthly in winter unless with short notice. Monthly additional $250/ month towards utilities, and a 1/2 month security deposit.

High Season: April to mid November.
Winter Season: mid November to through March.
