This comfortable 2-bedroom family vacation rental in Cambridge, with hardwood floors and lovely paintings, features a combination dining and living room with a queen sleep sofa and cable TV, a full kitchen, one full bath with a tub and shower, and one small half bath. One bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be made into a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. It is only a ten minute walk to Harvard Law, and just after is Harvard Square. It is two blocks to the subway (1 stop to Harvard Square and a ten minute ride to downtown Boston), and to the Porter Square indoor shopping mini-mall, with casual restaurants. There are many boutique shops and ethnic restaurants within a few minutes of this great family vacation rental in Cambridge as you walk along Massachusetts Ave. Your host, fluent in French and English, operates a small yoga studio and healing center in the apartment house, and she invites you to join her during some classes.

NOTE: Rates based on 1- 4 guests. Additional adult $25/night, additional child $15/night, babies free. Higher rates apply for Marathon in mid-April, graduations in mid-May and early June, Regatta and BU parents weekend in mid-October, and occasional special events.

MINIMUM STAY: In most cases, 3-night minimum (4-night minimum during Marathon in mid-April and Regatta in mid-October). Two and one night with short notice for additional 10%. Monthly in winter unless with short notice. $95/month cleaning fee. 1/2 month security deposit.

High Season: April to mid November.
Winter Season: mid November to through March.
