NANTUCKET GUEST HOUSE (NT830) Formerly a Greek Revival style private home of a sea captain, this guest house is located on a picturesque, cobblestone street very near to the historic district and Main Street with fine restaurants, shops, galleries and local museums at your fingertips. The guest house offers a spacious, private, relaxating and a beautiful back yard.  The one and two bedroom suites are decorated with American and English furnishings and have private entries from a deck or a brick patio.  Guest rooms and studio suite entries are in the hallways. There are two additional suites (or a one duplex) just 100 yards down the street.  Amenities include: fax machine, Internet access for email, video collection, Audio CD collection, books and magazines and outdoor games including croquet, bocce ball and puzzles. Each room contains a wet bar with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster over, microwave or stove, stereo CD player, clock radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and daily housekeeping.

One Bedroom Suites $425-495/night + tax.
Two Bedroom Suites $625-695/night + tax. Rate is for 1-4 guests.
Mid Season - Mid April–Mid June and Late September–Mid December:
Guest Rooms and Studio Rooms $275-395/night+ tax.
One Bedroom Suites $375-450/night + tax.
Two Bedroom Suites $575-650/night + tax. Rate is for 1-4 guests.
Winter Season - Mid December–Mid April (closed during part of this Season):
Guest Rooms and Studio Rooms $200-300/night + tax.
One Bedroom Suites $295-350/night + tax.
Two Bedroom Suites $350-425/night + tax. Rate is for 1-4 guests.

Most apartments require 3 night minimums and most Bed & Breakfasts require 2-night (3-4 nights during special events) minimums, unless short notice.
