Business travel, corporate travel, corporate relocation and visitors to schools and medical facilities qualify for our Corporate Incentive Travel Program in Boston and surrounding areas. The program includes business travel amenities, discounted rates and flexible cancellation policies. Business travel and corporate travel listings.

Choose from a bed and breakfast, furnished apartment or independent inn. Our accommodations meet specific criteria to insure business-friendly space in convenient locations with thoughtful amenities and genuine hospitality.  Locations include Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Needham and Gloucester Massachusetts.

Qualifications: Business travel, corporate travel, corporate relocation, research assignments, internships, teaching, medical positions and other related positions.

Corporate Incentive Travel Program available days: Sundays through Thursdays. (Some restrictions apply*). 

Rate:

• Business rate is 5 - 15% (most at 15%) less than the seasonal rate. Rates apply to Sunday through Thursday nights only and are based on single occupancy. For an additional guest, add $25.

• Business rates do not apply to stays of one week or more and are not in effect on weekends. If a stay is a week or more, the standard discount rate applies.

• Restricted dates*: Marathon (a weekend and Monday in April), Graduation (mid- May to mid- June) and the fall season (September and October). 

Cancellation Policy:

Varies by property but is as flexible as possible.

Corporate Incentive Travel Program:

• Guests build points for each Sunday through Thursday night they stay at any property participating in the program. Guests who redeem their points can stay at most properties represented by Bed and Breakfast Associates Bay Colony. (Certain restrictions may apply.)

• For each night’s stay, a credit of one point is earned.  One point is equal to 5% of the business rate.

• At ten nights, a guest has earned a dollar amount that can be applied to a stay at any of our bed and breakfast properties. Guests will receive an e-mail notification of their award, which can be redeemed at any time or they have the option of letting the dollar amount grow through subsequent visits. Note: these awards are issued to individuals and not companies. Points do not expire.

• This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other rate discounts.

Bed and Breakfast Associates Bay Colony has the right to cancel the program at any time.  All points accumulated up to the date of cancellation will be accepted.
